Job Summary
Conduct timely monthly intercompany account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or out-of-balance conditions. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes while documenting standardized procedures. Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and support external audit requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS and communicate with other teams regarding daily issues. Prepare and review financial statements, with prior experience in this area preferred. This role supports the Finance Nord Security Team, helping people and businesses take control of their online security, privacy, and data through trusted solutions trusted by millions worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Full accounting knowledge
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, initiative, problem-solving oriented person
- Great communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience working with Business Central (former Microsoft Dynamics NAV) or Workday
