Job Summary
Review expenses, post journal entries, and prepare detailed monthly and quarterly P&L packages. Partner with facility operators to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met, while monitoring SOX controls and completing month-end internal controls. Maintain accurate and organized records, paperwork, and documentation to support key accounting functions. Work full-time in a hybrid schedule at our Service Center in Tempe, AZ, supporting over 378 facilities in the long-term care continuum.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of accounting and/or public accounting experience
- Pre-employment criminal background screening

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage and meet challenging deadlines while simultaneously prioritizing projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
