Job Summary
Own and improve key general ledger accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Contribute to IFRS-based reporting and external audit preparation while bringing structure to reconciliations and reporting routines. Use systems, data, and smart tools to make Finance simpler and stronger. This role requires 5–8 years of general ledger experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and familiarity with Business Central. You will thrive in a compact team at Avantium, a pioneer in renewable and sustainable chemistry, where you help translate financial complexity into clear, reliable output.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with financial reporting
- A background in Big 8 audit or advisory
- Affinity with, or experience in, Business Central
- Interest in A.I. tools and applications that can improve Finance processes
