Job Summary
GISD Pre K Classroom Teacher responsible for planning and delivering TEKS-aligned instruction for Pre-K students within Greenville ISD. Duties include developing engaging lesson plans, delivering instruction, using formative and summative assessments to monitor progress, differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, communicating with parents, and participating in professional development and PLCs. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate grade-level/content endorsement; 187-day work schedule; collaboration with campus leadership and adherence to TEA requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate grade-level and/or content endorsement
- Must meet all TEA certification and assignment requirements
