Job Summary
Respond to equipment staging and delivery requests while safely storing, staging, and transporting IT hardware to client sites. Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments, troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty equipment to minimize downtime through remote support. Collaborate with the remote support team to ensure efficient operations, adhering strictly to safety protocols and best practices. Requires basic data center technician experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work flexible on-call shifts between $50-$90 per hour. Gain exposure to diverse networking technologies and receive comprehensive training from an experienced team.
Required Qualifications
