GIS Specialist – Production

Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and update enterprise GIS databases and mapping products while performing advanced analysis using ArcGIS Pro and Spatial Analyst. Design geodatabase schemas, coordinate with vendors, and implement QA/QC procedures to review, approve, and release final deliverables. Manage data collection technologies, monitor backups, and provide technical guidance to associates. Assist with user account administration, project setup, and security. Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to support continuous process improvements. This full-time, on-site role requires U.S. work authorization, a Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of GIS experience.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work in the United States permanently, without sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Natural Resources Management, Earth Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional GIS experience
- Demonstrated experience with Python
- Demonstrated experience with Arcade
- Demonstrated experience with ModelBuilder
- Strong proficiency using ArcGIS Pro
- Strong proficiency using ArcGIS Spatial Analyst
- Strong proficiency using ArcGIS Online
- Strong understanding of Cartography
- Strong understanding of Geographic analysis
- Strong understanding of Mapping principles
- Strong understanding of Spatial data management
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise geodatabases
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting collaborative project teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ArcGIS Server administration
- Experience with ArcSDE configuration and management
- Experience with Enterprise Geodatabase Administration
- Experience with 3D GIS analysis and visualization
- Experience with Modern field data collection workflows
- ESRI technical coursework or certifications in ArcGIS Pro
- ESRI technical coursework or certifications in Geodatabases
- ESRI technical coursework or certifications in Cartographic Production
- ESRI technical coursework or certifications in 3D Analysis and Visualization
- ESRI technical coursework or certifications in Field Workflow Modernization
