Job Summary

Conduct GIS and Digital Twin deliverables by performing drafting, modeling, data integration, and scripting to automate workflows. Review PDF and CAD documents for plan set development while developing dashboards, web-maps, and ArcGIS Experience builder apps. Coordinate with BIM-EX, VDC, SUE, and Geoscience teams on Revit model integration and subsurface utility data. Perform field data collection and verification dependent on project needs. Provide project status updates to managers and attend internal meetings to review scope. Occasional travel to project sites or client locations may be required. PPE is needed when visiting job sites.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-year degree or 2-year certificate
  • 1-year relevant GIS or Digital Twin related experience
  • Knowledge of FME
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS experience builder
  • Familiarity with scripting
  • Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
  • Strong independent management skills
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to lead and actively participate in corporate meetings, external client meetings, and joint problem-solving discussions
  • Dependability: Consistently delivers on promises and can be relied upon to meet deadlines, complete tasks, and maintain high standards of work quality

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • PPE is required when visiting job sites
  • May occasionally walk on uneven terrain and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project needs

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in ArcGIS Indoors a strong plus
