Job Summary
Lead the integration of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications with SAP and OverIT platforms to enhance client operations and oversee the conversion of GIS data for seamless functionality. Manage and guide teams in the strategic planning and execution of GIS projects, utilizing Esri Mapping Software to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data for urban planning and environmental management. Provide coaching and feedback to team members while addressing conflicts with clients and stakeholders to uphold professional and technical standards. Address and resolve issues engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders while upholding the firm's code of conduct.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration or PHD degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geological Engineering, Geophysics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Geographic Information System (GIS) Architecture
- Utilizing Esri Mapping Software for advanced spatial analysis
- Excelling in strategic questioning to drive project success
- Leveraging analytical thinking to solve complex client challenges
