Job Summary
GIS Analyst responsible for maintaining GIS data accuracy through digitization, scanning, and field data collection using GPS; perform QA/QC to ensure data integrity; create maps, exhibits, and visualizations; incorporate CAD data (AutoCAD, MicroStation) into GIS; use ESRI ArcGIS to edit, manage, and analyze spatial data; support data migration and GIS metadata; assist with network tracing and validation; provide responsive internal user support for map requests; collaborate with internal teams and external partners on GIS initiatives; familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro/Desktop), CAD data integration, and relational databases; field work may be required; Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Cartography, or related field preferred; 3-7 years GIS experience; valid driver’s license; strong skills in GIS concepts, Python, Javascript, and SQL are expected.
