Job Summary
Complete related checklists every shift and record data in the I5 system. Perform setup tasks including verifying wire alignment and ensuring proper welding parameters before operating roll lines to position pipe. Execute ID welding processes per SOP, maintaining interpass temperatures at 250 degrees, changing wire as needed, and removing slag from weld seams. Assist in clamp changeovers and perform area housekeeping. Work rotating schedules including nights and weekends with flexible hours and overtime as required. Starting pay is $25.79 per hour, rising to $28.07 after training.
