Girls Volleyball: Freshman Coach

Job Summary
Coaching the girls freshman volleyball team at Everett High School. Responsibilities include coaching individuals to develop skills, maintaining team records and injury reports, monitoring academic eligibility, ensuring safety of facilities, supervising practices and contests, enforcing sportsmanship, and staying informed about governing rules (MIAA) and school handbooks. Requires presence at all practices and away contests, along with collaboration with athletic department staff and the principal. Stipend position with salary based on contract; prior volleyball coaching experience and CPR certification are desirable; bachelor’s degree preferred and MIAA coaching education completion encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Previous volleyball coaching experience desirable
- Knowledge of volleyball rules and instruction ability
- CPR Certification
- Completion of MIAA Coaches Education Class and/or other requirements by the MIAA (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred
