Job Summary
Lead Sewickley Academy's Girls’ Varsity Volleyball program as Head Coach; plan and conduct daily practices focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship; develop game strategies and adjust during games; attend all home and away games and tournaments; provide leadership to assistant coaches and players; foster a positive, inclusive team culture; communicate effectively with team members, parents, and school administration.
Required Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
