Girls Soccer: Head Varsity Coach

Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach responsible for coaching and developing student-athletes throughout the school year, maintaining team rosters and records, ensuring academic eligibility, coordinating equipment and uniforms, overseeing safety and facility conditions, organizing daily and game schedules, and communicating with the Principal, Director of Athletics, parents, and community partners. Duties include developing organized practice plans, supervising facilities and staff, organizing clinics for youth programs and coaches, and promoting sportsmanship and adherence to rules. Requires knowledge of soccer and its rules, ability to instruct players, CPR certification, and preferred Bachelor’s degree and MIAA coaching education participation. Stipend position with contract-based compensation; after-school/evening schedule.
