Job Summary
Conduct extracurricular coaching for girls soccer, enforcing the "Every Player Plays" philosophy to teach sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal confidence. Manage inventory for equipment, supplies, and uniforms, ensuring all items are checked out and returned per policy. Coordinate game logistics including facility scheduling, transportation, and officials while attending league meetings. Verify student eligibility by cross-referencing clearance slips and academic standing with teachers one week prior to competition. Maintain physical readiness to perform duties involving standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, and climbing or balancing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR and First Aid
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Must have close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
