Job Summary
Provide soccer-specific instruction and guidance to student-athletes while supporting the Head Coach or Associate Head Coach in all necessary duties. Facilitate weekday practices during in-season hours, assist in developing program strategy and cohesion techniques, and help manage games. Coordinate strength and conditioning efforts and implement in-game instructions under supervision. Serve as a mentor athletically and spiritually to student-athletes, aligning program values with the college preparatory school's mission. Adhere to sports medicine guidelines and communicate all safety and security concerns. This seasonal position runs approximately 14 hours per week. Candidates must subscribe to the Academy's Statement of Faith and be active in a Christian congregation.
