Girls Middle School Basketball Coach

Manage the middle school girls basketball program by developing off-season and in-season training schedules, designing practice structures, and objectively evaluating athletes. Provide supervision and safety during all activities, including bus rides to away games, emergency preparedness, and ensuring student accountability at dismissal. Handle fiscal and materials management by inventorying equipment, submitting purchase orders, and assisting with concession staffing and fundraising. Adhere to NMAA and ATC policies, including mandatory pre-season meetings and eligibility requirements, while selecting team awards and coordinating with the athletic director.
