Job Summary
Organize and supervise a total high school sports program for girls lacrosse, including player development, community relations, college recruiting support, and development of youth athletes; must hold valid New Jersey certification or substitute credential and maintain CPR/First Aid/AED and NFHS certifications with possible additional training in emergency administration of epinephrine and diabetes management. This role requires strong knowledge of lacrosse mechanics, program organization, and the ability to foster athlete growth and recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey Department of Education Teacher Certification or Substitute Teacher Credential
- CPR, First Aid, AED and NFHS Certifications
- Training in the emergency administration of epinephrine and diabetes management may be required
- Ability to organize and supervise the sports program
- Knowledge of the technical aspect of lacrosse
