Girls JV Volleyball Coach

Lead and manage the Girls JV volleyball program, including practices, matches, player development, and team culture. Teach and reinforce fundamental volleyball skills and game strategy; plan organized, safe, and engaging practices; develop athletes physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Evaluate player performance and provide feedback; coordinate with varsity coaching staff to align program goals; supervise student-athletes during practices, games, travel, and events; maintain communication with players, parents, school administration, and athletic staff. Ensure compliance with school and SCISA policies; organize equipment, uniforms, and schedules; monitor eligibility, attendance, and conduct standards. Promote and build a team and positive program culture of strong Christian character, sportsmanship, diligence, perseverance, and teamwork; mentor athletes on and off the field with a Christian witness; offer off-season opportunities for growth and development. The ideal candidate should be a born-again Christian aligned with the school's Statement of Faith, capable of applying Biblical truth in counseling, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a teachable spirit. This is a part-time role with benefits not included.
