Job Summary
Instruct student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and rules while developing clear goals for the team and individual players. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and character during practices, games, and team-related activities, ensuring compliance with district policies and applicable regulations. Support student academic expectations and achievements, organize equipment inventory, and coordinate with the Varsity coach. Represent the school and community professionally while performing other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director or Building Principal.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, and community members
Desired Qualifications
- Successful coaching experience at the high school level or playing experience preferred
