Job Summary
The Girls Junior Varsity Basketball Assistant Coach will assist in planning and leading practices, providing instruction, feedback, and encouragement to student-athletes. Responsibilities include building a team culture, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining supervision of athletes. Ideal candidates should have prior coaching or playing experience, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for mentoring high school athletes. CPR and First Aid certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior playing and/or coaching experience at the youth, club, high school, or collegiate level
- Ability to communicate clearly and positively with student-athletes
- Team-oriented, organized, and dependable
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain before the season)

- Strong understanding of basketball fundamentals, strategy, and player development
