Job Summary
Lead the Girls Head Soccer program at the high school level. Responsibilities include instructing athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and physical training; designing conferences, clinics and staff meetings; supervising and mentoring staff and assistants; coordinating scheduling, transportation, and events; promoting the sport within the school and community; maintaining equipment, facilities, and records; communicating with parents, media, and booster clubs; and ensuring sportsmanship and program integrity through ongoing professional growth and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport.
- Demonstrated ability to instruct, motivate, and supervise student-athletes.
- Has the ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
