Girl Scouts - Seasonal Recruitment Representative

Seasonal Recruitment Coordinator supports Girl Scouts of Western New York’s fall recruitment by engaging families, schools, and community partners to promote Girl Scouting opportunities in the Greater Rochester area. Responsibilities include coordinating and attending school-based and community recruitment events, delivering engaging presentations at tabling events, building partnerships with local schools and community leaders, assisting families with the membership registration process, guiding them to local troops, tracking leads in the CRM, and following up with families. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends, and reliable transportation. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Training and support are provided; compensation is $21/hour with anticipated 5-10 hours per week and mileage reimbursement for approved travel.
