Ginna's Cafe Associate

Ginna's Cafe Associate at SCHEELS — prepare fudge products, assist in multiple food-service functions (deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods), ensure food safety and proper storage per SOPs, contribute to training of new associates, manage cash handling per cashier guidelines, support opening/closing procedures, maintain knowledge of café recipes, uphold clean and organized workspaces, and demonstrate strong customer service, teamwork, and communication. Requires ability to perform basic math with money, read safety/operating instructions, write routine reports, and speak effectively before customers and employees. Scheduled to include varied hours, weekends, and holidays with typical weekly hours around 40-42. High school education or equivalent experience preferred; prior related experience or training is a plus.
