Job Summary
Provide personal assistance services to clients, focusing on daily living activities and personal hygiene. Supervise client activities to ensure safety and compliance with healthcare policies. Monitor the client environment for safety hazards and report significant changes to supervisors. Requires physical endurance for various movements, patience, and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a pleasant and cheerful demeanor
- Ability to understand and carry out detailed oral and written instructions
- Completion of required training requirements
- Ability to use up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force continuously to move objects and/or people

- Work under minimal supervision with awareness of potential serious consequences of errors
