Job Summary
Oversee a men's residential substance abuse program from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, four days a week, by managing client safety, monitoring behavior, and mediating conflicts. Perform weekly medication audits, collect urine samples, and conduct daily inspections of client rooms, facility common areas, and perimeter security equipment. Supervise client meals, work assignments, and visiting logs while ensuring compliance with Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services regulations. Document all shift activities, resolve emergencies, and complete fire drills. Assist clients in working on program goals across education, vocation, and legal areas. Support program management with scheduling and act as a positive role model adhering to professional conduct and code of ethics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must maintain and provide proof of valid driver's license
- Must maintain and provide proof of automobile insurance in good standing
- Reliable use of personal vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Previous volunteer or related work experience
