Job Summary
Lead two adult residential programs (Gilead’s DMHAS/ CARF-compliant Medicaid Rehab Option settings) focused on recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care. Oversee clinical and administrative operations, admissions, service planning, and discharge processes to ensure high-quality, fiscally sound care; supervise and develop program staff; ensure regulatory compliance (DMHAS, CARF, DPH) and maintain relationships with partners and community stakeholders; provide leadership in alignment with Gilead’s mission and culture. The role requires Master’s-level clinical leadership with licensure eligibility (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), 6+ years of mental health/addictions experience, and a valid driver’s license. Salary range: $83,000–$93,000 annually.

- Master’s degree required
- CT associate-level clinical licensure or eligibility for full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with 6+ years of experience in mental health and addictions
- Experience in administrative supervision
