Job Summary
Gifts Team Lead directs the department’s associates, providing daily direction on merchandising presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service. Responsibilities include supporting the GSM/DM to achieve departmental sales, gross margin, and payroll goals; staffing, interviewing, training, and scheduling; coaching and motivating staff; ensuring consistent product knowledge and adherence to plan-o-grams; executing merchandising directives and maintaining UPC/pricing integrity; coordinating special events and promotions (e.g., CLUB Membership, In-Store Pick-up) and delivering a legendary guest experience. Requires the ability to analyze reports, conduct meetings, and communicate effectively with managers, associates, customers, and corporate staff. Starting pay rate listed as $19.00 - $21.75 per hour; full-time benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales Supervisory experience is a plus
