Job Summary
Gifts Category Sales Lead combines creative vision with commercial execution to turn high-level concepts into profitable, measurable results. The role acts as a brand ambassador, proactively driving sales, assessing the Gifts, Knot Wraps, and Sundries range, and expanding market share while upholding ethical and environmental values. You will carve market opportunities, bridge Retail, Designers, Insights, and PR, and routinely travel to London or Poole to work in person. Key duties include end-to-end product and range management, leading gifting launches, optimizing gift contents, overseeing sustainable packaging (50% void space policy ahead of 2030), collaborating with forecasting to predict demand, defining KPIs and post-launch sales reports, partnering with Insights on trends and competition, overseeing gift costing and pricing strategy across global markets, and training store teams with engaging materials for in-person retail meetings. The role also involves acting as a public advocate for Lush gifting, building relationships with external publications and design forums, and driving cross-functional collaboration to maximize profitability and category growth. The position emphasizes a fast-paced, values-driven environment with a focus on sustainability, diversity, and ethical practices across global markets.
