Job Summary
Gift Shop associate responsible for assisting in overall operations and delivering a unique, engaging guest experience while maximizing sales. Duties include display and visual merchandising, maintaining cleanliness and back-of-house organization, coordinating with internal/external departments for seamless guest service, and supporting retail operations. Must have excellent verbal/communication skills, strong listening and decision-making abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), and be a creative problem solver who can tackle new projects. Ability to stand for long periods, read/write/speak English effectively, input information in a moderately complex system, and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedule including varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed at a seasonal property.
