Gift Gallery Sales Associate

Gift Gallery Sales Associate at Seven Feathers responsible for providing superior guest service, assisting guests with merchandise selection, processing retail transactions, and aiding with receiving, pricing, display, merchandising, and inventory of Gift Gallery stock. Maintains a professional, welcoming environment to build guest loyalty and drive revenue. Duties include greeting guests, understanding needs with open-ended questions, offering appropriate suggestions, and upholding Seven Feathers’ mission to deliver an unforgettable guest experience. Requires ability to operate Point of Sale systems with cash/credit transactions, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and completion of OLCC’s Promoting Responsible Alcohol Sales and Service quiz; must have ability to obtain a Class I Gaming License. 1-3 years retail experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required; 18+; strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and guest relations skills.
