Job Summary
Own the full lifecycle of foundation accounts, translating gift agreement language into accurate account structures, managing activations and closures, and serving as the control point between Revenue Operations and the gift posting process. Triage and assign incoming requests, track trends to anticipate bottlenecks, resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation standards, and drive process improvements across the team. Collaborate with campus fiscal officers, development staff, and Revenue Operations to ensure data integrity and compliance with donor intent and institutional standards. Requires translating complex documentation into operational outputs, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume setting. Hybrid role based in Bloomington, Indiana (in-office Mon/Wed/Fri; remote Tue/Thu). Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel, along with experience in data entry, operations, and cross-functional coordination, are key to success.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum three years of professional experience in data entry and interpretation, operations, customer service, or related field
- Experience working with a CRM
- Financial database system experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Familiarity with ticketing or workflow management tools preferred
- Strong analytical and interpretive reasoning skills
- Clear written and verbal communication across departments
