Review casting parameters against checklists, document Soll-IST comparisons, and systematically identify weaknesses in the die-casting process to define OEE optimization measures. Monitor improvement actions, evaluate new technologies, and support production in solving technical, quality, and process-related issues. Analyze and establish casting process specifications regarding product quality and process economics, while documenting these parameters and ensuring information exchange with affected parties. Accompany test runs, manage external vendors, and assist in investment plan determination.
