GI Tech Specialist

Coordinate the daily patient endoscopy schedule and assist physicians and nursing staff before, during, and after procedures by providing required instruments and supplies. Plan, set up, perform, and clean up assigned endoscopy procedures while maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. Clean, disinfect, and sterilize flexible bronchoscopes, video scopes, and related endoscopy instruments; operate, scan, and assemble departmental equipment according to prescribed procedures. Perform quality control monitoring, receive and inventory supplies and instrumentation, and prepare equipment for high-level disinfection and sterilization. Work the 8am–6:30pm shift with Tuesdays off, with an opportunity to pick up Saturdays.
