Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, making product and service recommendations, and meeting minimum sales requirements. Maintain salon cleanliness by cleaning beds as clients leave, cleaning tanning rooms, lobby areas, restrooms, laundry, and storage zones, and performing dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing tasks. Stand, walk, bend, and lift items or heavy boxes while working cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment. Perform multi-tasking duties such as cleaning equipment and welcoming new arrivals. No experience required; training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
- Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures
