Job Summary
Senior capital, service, and software imaging sales leader in Endoscopy, responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals. Collaborates with GI & SE field sales, national accounts, strategic systems, and commercial excellence teams to launch new products, assess customer needs, and provide tailored solutions including capital, service, and software imaging products. Builds and maintains relationships with physicians and healthcare facility administration, conducts needs assessments, demonstrates products, negotiates contracts, and delivers strong sales forecasting and reporting. Requires strong communication, cross-functional teamwork, and deep understanding of capital and service healthcare sales, with extensive travel across the division.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 10 years' proven experience in sales, preferably in the capital & service healthcare sector
- Experience in sales management strongly preferred
- Market development experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand complex financial, technical & contractual landscapes
- Proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- 50% travel required within regional geography
