Job Summary
AP/CP or AP board certified GI/Liver pathologist with subspecialty expertise sought for multihospital Geisinger system. Join a sub-specialty model in a high-volume, academic pathology environment with opportunities for leadership, teaching medical students, residents and fellows, and translational research in GI/Liver pathology within a large integrated laboratory medicine program. No travel required; AP-only night/weekend call shared among pathologists; potential leadership roles available; academic appointment possible at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
Required Qualifications
- AP/CP or AP board certified
- Fellowship training or high level of expertise in GI/Liver pathology
- Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine- (Required)
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
- Good communication skills and commitment to collegial teamwork
