Job Summary
GI/Liver Pathologist with AP/CP certification and subspecialty GI/Liver expertise sought for a multihospital Geisinger system laboratory role. Responsibilities include pathology case coverage, teaching medical students and residents, participating in translational research, and potential leadership opportunities within an integrated pathology service. Fellowship in GI/Liver pathology encouraged; other pathology subspecialty experience (genitourinary, thoracic, or soft tissue) desirable. Academic appointment available; strong communication and collegial teamwork essential.
Required Qualifications
- AP/CP board certified
- Fellowship training or high level of expertise in GI/Liver pathology
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
- Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
