Job Summary
BC/BE Advanced GI Hospitalist sought to join Sanford Health Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, WI. The role focuses on inpatient GI consults and a schedule of 7 days on/7 days off with 12-hour onsite shifts and 12 hours of call from home, plus 3–4 outpatient endoscopy scopes daily in a dedicated Endoscopy Suite. The position includes involvement in medical education and research, with comprehensive benefits and a relocation allowance. The practice supports ERCP and preferred but not mandatory EUS experience, serving a 500-bed Trauma Level II facility in Marshfield, Wisconsin, within Sanford Health’s largest rural health system network.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Advanced Gastroenterologist
- Inpatient GI hospitalist experience or training
- ERCP training required
- EUS experience preferred
- Ability to perform outpatient GI scopes (3-4 daily when on schedule)
- Willingness to participate in medical education and research
- 12-hour onsite shifts with 12 hours of call from home
- Inpatient coverage with Advanced Practice Provider support
- Relocation allowance offered
- Board certification/eligibility in Gastroenterology
- Strong clinical and teaching skills
