Job Summary
Design, maintain and optimize reporting tools at ING, steering Workday catalogue usage and rolling out user guidance to ensure reports add value. Translate business requirements into clear dashboards, develop multi-source HR dashboards, and answer ad-hoc queries to support strategic, tactical, and operational HR topics (recruitment, turnover, diversity, engagement, and organisational structures). Provide governance and quality controls, manage data from data lakes, and support a BI foundation; act as a bridge between GHR, COO, and stakeholders to balance business needs with technical constraints. Strong analytical, storytelling via data visualization, and proactive collaboration with colleagues to drive change and deliver value.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in technology, economics, or business management
- Proficiency in Workday functionalities, with proven expertise in reporting and security models
- Experience managing standard BI solutions and/or advanced reporting demands
- Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and data models
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Strong consultancy, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Senior stakeholder management experience and ability to translate findings into business language
