Job Summary
Build and maintain advanced workflows within GoHighLevel, creating automated SMS, email, voicemail, and internal notification sequences. Develop lead-nurturing campaigns, organize pipelines and custom fields, and configure calendars, forms, and funnels. Set up conditional lead-assignment systems and integrate GoHighLevel with third-party platforms via Zapier, Make, webhooks, and APIs. Troubleshoot integration errors, test automations before deployment, and maintain documentation for all account configurations. Manage multiple client subaccounts while ensuring systems remain organized and functional from lead capture through conversion.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building automations in GoHighLevel
- Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, conditions, filters, and custom values
- Experience managing pipelines, calendars, forms, funnels, and CRM contact records
- Experience integrating GoHighLevel with Zapier, Make, webhooks, or APIs
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to thoroughly testing work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting SDR, appointment-setting, or lead-generation teams
- Experience with real estate, home services, construction, or franchise businesses
- Knowledge of A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance
- Understanding of email authentication and deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Experience with LeadConnector, Twilio, Mailgun, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website integrations
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or API documentation
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting systems
- GoHighLevel certifications or relevant portfolio examples
