Job Summary
Observe, accompany, and support clients with complex psychiatric problems while performing nursing procedures to monitor their mental and physical health. Provide structure, proximity, and safety during crisis situations and anticipate behavioral changes professionally. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of nurses, agogues, psychiatrists, and other treatment providers to contribute to recovery-oriented care where client self-determination is central. Signal changes in behavior and respond with professional anticipation. Work in a dynamic clinical environment across different care intensities, from high intensive care to medium care, supporting clients through stabilization and recovery phases.

- Verpleegkundige
- Diploma Verpleegkunde (mbo of hbo)
- Geldige BIG-registratie
- Affiniteit met de psychiatrie
- Snel schakelen
- Blijft rustig in complexe situaties
