Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the store department by planning projects, delegating tasks, and building plans to execute priorities. Uphold company brand, merchandising, and presentation standards while ensuring compliance with loss prevention and audit requirements. Support team development through hiring, training associates on procedures, and cross-training current staff. Lead by example to ensure a great customer experience, providing in-the-moment coaching and building trust with teammates. Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
