Job Summary
Project Manager and Highspot Administrator to define and manage project objectives, milestones, and resource planning while ensuring adherence to requirements and timeliness. Also administer Highspot platform—managing Spots, permissions, user roles, content organization, templates, scores, workflows, and integrations with Salesforce, Outlook, and Teams; develop training materials and best practices; monitor adoption metrics and drive initiatives to improve seller productivity and reduce friction in the sales process; support upgrades and new feature adoption; provide user support and troubleshooting; stay current with Highspot best practices and roadmap; lead small projects and collaborate across Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Event Management, or related fields
- Hands-on experience administering Highspot (or similar enablement platforms such as Seismic or Showpad)
- Strong organizational skills and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools and data insights
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
