GFEBS Project Coordinator Lead - (Fort Benning, Georgia)

Job Summary

Manage GFEBS Project Coordinator duties including Master Data Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance Control, GR Processing, Physical Inventory, Material Requirement Planning, Order Approval, Order Maintenance, and Reporting. Execute data entry and reporting for Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects using TE A0004 and Quick Reference Guides. Complete required GFEBS training modules within 30 business days and provide certificates of completion for all roles. Maintain a Tier 1 Investigation Clearance and possess a Common Access Card to access Government systems. Work Monday through Friday between 0700-1600 hours, excluding Federal holidays or facility closures.

Required Qualifications

  • demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a Military installation
  • working knowledge of GFEBS
  • ability to complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within thirty (30) business days of being employed
  • Minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience
  • experience specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE)
  • experience specifically dealing with business intelligence
  • experience specifically dealing with projects
  • Utilizes TE A0004- General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Utilizes Quick Reference Guide for Plant Maintenance
  • Require a Common Access Card (CAC) to access Government systems
  • Minimum, a favorable Tier 1, Investigation Clearance
  • meet requirements in TE A0037 Common Access Card and Network Access Forms
  • Must be a legal U.S. resident
  • Able to communicate clearly in the English language
  • Not be an off duty or former Government employee whose employment would result in a conflict with AR 600-50, Standards of Conduct
  • must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold up to 50 lbs., talk, hear and sit
  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the site to view activity in all types of weather
  • Subject to hot, cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other business machines
  • Use hands to finger, handle, and feel
  • regularly required to stand and walk varying distances
  • At times climb ladders or pick up materials
