Job Summary
Lead the international KYC policy and program; set strategy and priorities for the KYC policy across regions; manage direct reports across the globe and coordinate with MLROs, LOBs, and global compliance teams. Own end-to-end regulatory change management lifecycle, write/approve changes to the KYC policy and standards, assess impacts, embed changes into policy, and implement through governance. Drive execution of EU KYC regulatory strategy, manage KYC exceptions with risk-based rationale and compensating controls, enable business growth with MLRO support, provide senior management updates, coordinate responses to audits/regulatory exams, and contribute to AML/KYC reform advocacy. Requires KYC/CDD/EDD and AML/sanctions expertise, strong communication and stakeholder influence, and a Bachelor’s degree; prior people management experience is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- People manager experience and ability to drive accountability for direct reports
- KYC/CDD/EDD and AML/sanctions expertise
- Regulatory change management translating rules into policy
- Experience in AML/BSA/KYC Compliance or related Risk/Compliance management
- Exceptional communicator and influencer with ability to influence global business and compliance stakeholders
- End-to-end ownership and structured change delivery
- Strong risk and controls mindset with high attention to detail; governance discipline and audit/exam readiness
