Job Summary
Develop insurance solutions for commercial clients of Volks- und Raiffeisenbanks in property and personal lines, tailoring plans to meet individual needs and future security goals. Conduct personalized or digital consultations to assess client requirements, manage existing relationships, and introduce new customers to bespoke insurance concepts. Identify market opportunities and support the sales partner and team with knowledge to drive collective success. Requires a vocational qualification in insurance, proven sales experience in personal and property insurance, and strong communication skills. Offers an unlimited contract with a base salary plus uncapped commission, flexible hybrid work, and comprehensive benefits including health programs, equipment, and career development.
Required Qualifications
