Job Summary
Represent customer organizations, distributors, and HVAC contractors by promoting energy-efficient products through in-store merchandising, table events, and training. Verify point-of-sale materials and rebate-eligible product placements while scheduling and supporting promotional events in assigned locations. Act as the local, on-site program representative to build relationships that encourage participation and overcome program barriers. Document all interactions in accordance with program requirements and maintain current accounts while identifying new opportunities. Travel extensively throughout the Gettysburg region on a recurring weekly schedule, with occasional trips to headquarters for team meetings. This safety-sensitive role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in industrial, commercial, and residential settings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis
- Must reside within a commutable distance of Gettysburg, PA
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support
- Must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test
- Must consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record
- Must maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment
- Must meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage time independently and follow a structured visit schedule
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
