Job Summary
Regionaler Außendienst Homecare (m/w/d) is responsible for ensuring high-quality outpatient care in the region, acquiring new patients and expanding regional networks, coordinating patient care in ambulatory settings, and providing Beratung und Schulung zu Produkten/Dienstleistungen. Requires completion of a 3-year nursing/pflegeausbildung with 2–3 years of clinical experience, Außendienst-erfahrung preferred, knowledge of DHC/SAP/MS Office/CRM, and ability to convey complex information clearly; includes travel within the region (Bad Homburg area) and collaboration with doctors, pharmacies, and care staff. Valid Führerschein Klasse B and willingness to travel are required. The role is aligned with Fresenius’ mission to improve life quality through outpatient homecare services.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Pflegefachkraft oder vergleichbar
- Zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im pflegerischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Außendienst wünschenswert
- Medizinprodukteberater nach § 83 MPDG wünschenswert
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen
