Prepare for and assist during operative interventions while monitoring and caring for patients before, during, and after surgery. Ensure hygiene standards in the operating room, coordinate workflow processes, and collaborate with physicians to guarantee optimal patient care. Document nursing measures and surgical progress, manage operating room materials and equipment, and participate in ongoing professional training. Contribute to continuous improvement of nursing and work quality. This role offers a 4-5 day workweek with no weekend, night, or call shifts, featuring above-average compensation aligned with TVöD and an unlimited contract.
