Job Summary
Coordinate vehicle repairs within the operations network, ensuring all tasks are scheduled and completed timely. Track ongoing repair progress and maintain accurate administrative records for each vehicle. Communicate effectively with mechanics, service providers, and internal teams to confirm repair needs and status updates. Monitor fleet maintenance activities to identify recurring issues and process improvements while following company policies and industry best practices. Support the seamless operation of the network by maintaining a safe and compliant fleet.
